Sarar Healing Center is a licensed psilocybin-facilitated healing center in Boulder, Colorado. Schedule a free consultation today.
We are 1 of only 40 licensed psilocybin-facilitated healing centers in Colorado.
It was chosen intentionally — because what we offer here is not a treatment and not a transaction. Not a procedure or prescription.
It is a journey. An inward one, toward the parts of yourself that have been hidden, misunderstood, or neglected.
Safar Healing Center was founded on the belief that the deep, transformative healing available through psilocybin-assisted therapy should not be reserved for the privileged few. That access to care is not something to be earned. It is a birthright.
We are 1 of only 40 licensed psilocybin-facilitated healing centers in Colorado, operating in full compliance with Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act. That licensure matters — not just for legal reasons, but because it reflects our commitment to safe, ethical, and accountable practice.

We envision a world where humans and the planet coexist in harmony — where healing is not a privilege but a shared birthright, where every person is empowered to transform pain into purpose.
This shapes everything we do at Safar — from the groups we serve, to how we integrate your journey, to how we structure our offers.
1.
Intentional
Every element of the Safar experience — the space, the process, the relationship — is designed with care and purpose.
2.
Ethical
We operate within Colorado’s regulated framework and hold ourselves to the highest standards of clinical integrity.
3.
Attuned
We meet every journeyer where they are. Your needs. Your pace. Your intentions. You guide everything.
4.
Equitable
Healing should reach everyone. We actively work to make our journeys accessible to communities that have been underserved in mental health spaces.
5.
Transformative
This isn’t about having a memorable experience. It’s about getting real care and healing so life feels different. More whole, more purposeful, and more yours.
"My own first psychedelic experience came at a defining intersection: being discharged from the military for mental health concerns, and going through a divorce — right before graduate school.
In my early twenties, carrying what felt like unbearable weight, I was looking at life through a lens of grey. Constant self-criticism. Rumination on what I couldn't change. Negativity that riddled me.
And then, for the first time, I could see myself past 30. Past 40. Past 50.
With just one experience, I discovered that I had a door that I could walk through. A path to keep growing and going.
I realized that this tool was something more people deserve to access for their mental health journeys.
That's why I built Safar."
Jyoti Sharma is the clinical facilitator and founder of Safar Healing Center — a licensed psilocybin-facilitated healing practice rooted around compassion, equity, and the transformative potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
With a background in clinical therapy and a deep commitment to accessible care, Jyoti created Safar to be a place where all people in Boulder and across Colorado can access the healing they deserve — not just those who have historically had the resources or the cultural permission to seek it.
She is also the founder of Rooted Therapeutics, where journeyers may choose to continue working with her in individual therapy following their psilocybin journey.

Healing for All, Not Just Some
Safar was designed from the beginning to reach people who have been overlooked by traditional mental health and wellness spaces.
We serve adults 21+ in Boulder and across Colorado (and all who wish to travel to the center), including, and especially:

...who deserve culturally attuned care and healing designed for them.

...who carry the complexity of identity, displacement, and resilience.

...who navigate PTSD, transition, and the weight of service.

...who seek a space that affirms and celebrates who they are.

...who explore new pathways to peace and wholeness.

...who has ever felt that the mental health world wasn’t built for them.
Licensed facilitation, trauma-informed practice, and medically sound screening.
So that you enter your journey feeling ready, informed, and grounded.
Your facilitator is with you throughout the full experience.
Because what happens after your journey is just as important as what happens during.
With the option to continue individual therapy through Rooted Therapeutics.
